Process
Research & Planning
The project began with reviewing the organization’s strategic plan, existing branding, and environmental needs. I worked closely with stakeholders to understand how the signage could better communicate the institute’s mission and improve navigation throughout the space.
Design Development
Using Photoshop and environmental mockups, I developed multiple signage concepts that aligned with the organization’s visual identity while remaining clear, engaging, and accessible.
• Wall graphics
• Informational displays
• Branded environmental assets
• Space planning and placement mockups

Collaboration & Feedback
A major part of this project involved collaboration with researchers, board members, and leadership teams. I coordinated feedback from multiple stakeholders, revised designs based on input, and ensured all final materials met both accessibility and branding requirements.
Production & Installation
Beyond the design work, I coordinated directly with the signage company responsible for fabricating and installing the final pieces. I managed installation planning, placement logistics, and communication to ensure the final environment matched the approved vision.
